Articles of Incorporation
February 5, 1972 is the beginning of Forest Lakes Park Community Association, Inc. The articles of incorporation establishes our association as a corporation not for profit. The co creators of our community set forth the ideals to preserve our community for maintaining the community building, property owned by the corporation and also to stimulate a friendly relationship between residents and board members.

Protective Covenants
April 11, 1972 is the date of our Protective Covenant. During this time, Forest Lakes Park was an unrecorded subdivision. Ocala National Forest Campsite, Inc. are at this time the owners and developers for Forest Lakes Park. This document establishes guidelines and restrictions for residential lots.
Our protective covenant may be downloaded to print out. The owners at this time were Ocala National Forest Campsite, Inc. This documents enables Forest Lakes Park Community Association, Inc. to charge road dues to maintain roads and membership fees to use for the betterment of the community.
Assignment
October 8, 1985 is when the sell and transfer of the property of Forest Lakes Park is bought from Ocala National Forest Campsite, Inc.

By-Laws of Forest Lakes Park Community Association, Inc & Road Trust
